At RESA, each piece is thoughtfully woven and carefully inspected to ensure it meets our highest quality standards. As our sarees are crafted with delicate handloom techniques, we follow a strict no return policy once the product is sold.

However, in the rare instance that your order arrives with a genuine defect in quality or weaving, we are committed to making it right. In such cases, we offer the following resolutions:

Exchange: We will issue a credit note equivalent to your purchase amount. This can be seamlessly redeemed against any other product from our collection.

Replacement: We will initiate a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

To initiate a return or exchange request for a defective product, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with images and a brief description of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

At Resa by Ushnakmals, every saree is a handcrafted masterpiece woven with time, precision, and care. Once an order is placed, the weaving and finishing process begins almost immediately — ensuring your piece is reserved exclusively for you.

Hence, we do not accept any cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

We request you to carefully review your order, including measurements, color, and delivery details, before proceeding to checkout.
