Shipping Locations
We ship across domestic locations and selected international destinations. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural events, or incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be redirected once dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If an order is received in a damaged condition or appears to be lost in transit, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date, along with relevant order details.
